Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni on the sale of a logistic park in Łódź

WARSAW - August 13, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the sale of the Łódź City VI logistic park, fully leased to leading tenants by Panattoni, to a partnership between Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client.

The logistic park has a total warehouse space of 144.880 sq. m.

The transaction was led by Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supported by Associate Jakub Gajzler. Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz advised on the aspects of the transaction financing, and Senior Associate Barbara Pancer was responsible for the environmental issues. The project was supervised by Local Partner Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska.

Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch provided strategic advice on the transaction.

The transaction was negotiated and signed under extraordinary circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and with preserving all safety measures for all its participants.
