WARSAW – 30 June 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Echo Investment on the sale of MidPoint 71, an office building located in Wrocław, to Trigea Real Estate Fund.
The value of the transaction exceeded 100 million EUR.
MidPoint 71, recently developed by Echo Investment as the developer’s seventh office project in Wrocław, offers over 36 thousand sqm of office space, over 80 % of which is already leased. The building designed by architects from Medusa Group obtained the Excellent BREEAM Interim certificate.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Local Partner Kamil Majewski, supported by Associates: Jakub Gajzler, Marcin Gralewski and Agnieszka Lichota and Junior Associate Maciej Smaczyński. Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński supervised the transaction.
