Greenberg Traurig advises International Campus on acquisition of Student Housing Portfolio

Greenberg Traurig advised International Campus Group (IC) on the acquisition of a portfolio of five student housing properties from Allianz Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management. The purchase is one of the largest transactions in the German-speaking student housing market for 2022. IC operates the acquired properties, with a total of nearly 1,900 beds and more than 73,000 square meters, under the THE FIZZ brand in Berlin, Darmstadt, Frankfurt am Main, Hanover, and Vienna. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.

Greenberg Traurig advised IC comprehensively on all corporate and real estate aspects of the transaction.

Background:
