Hilary R. Sledge-Sarnor Elected to American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

LOS ANGELES – May 3, 2023 – Hilary R. Sledge-Sarnor, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Corporate Practice, was one of 14 new Fellows elected to the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL) during the organization’s annual meeting April 29 in Seattle, Washington.

The ACCFL is a professional association of attorneys dedicated to improving and enhancing the practice of commercial finance law and the ethics of the profession, according to the group’s website. Those inducted as Fellows have achieved preeminence in the field of commercial finance law and have made substantial and sustained contributions to the promotion of learning and scholarship.

Sledge-Sarnor advises U.S. and foreign financial institutions and their holding companies on a wide range of debt, financial regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance matters. In her commercial finance practice, she has structured hundreds of syndicated domestic and cross-border financings and negotiated credit facilities worth billions of dollars. Sledge-Sarnor frequently speaks at conferences relating to commercial finance, blockchain and digital assets matters and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
