WARSAW – Sept. 13, 2019 – Attorneys from the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig advised Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate on the acquisition of the Astoria Premium Offices located in Warsaw.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction, including the development of the transaction structure, conducting due diligence of the asset, and negotiating the agreements with the seller, Strabag Real Estate. The team also advised on the financing of the acquisition.
