WARSAW - November 10, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the acquisition of an undeveloped plot located near Nadarzyn. Advice on the transaction included negotiation and signing of the development management agreement regulating the planned development of land with a warehouse building.
The project will have a total warehouse space of approximately 54,000 sq. m.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, supported by Associate Katarzyna Dziewulska.
Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch provided strategic advice on the transactions.
The transaction was negotiated and signed under extraordinary circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and with preserving all safety measures for all its participants.
“Advising Panattoni on this project would not have been possible without our implemented legal tech solutions, which allowed us to sign part of the closing documents without meeting in person,” said Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska.
“This is yet another Panattoni project we advised on this year to be developed in a strategic location. There is no doubt that the logistic sector will remain very active in the last quarter of 2020 despite the increasingly turbulent circumstances,” said Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Partner and Head of the Real Estate team in Poland.
Panattoni Europe is the European branch of one of the world’s largest industrial developers, the Panattoni Development Company, and is currently celebrating its 15-year presence on the European market.
