WARSAW, March 1, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the financing of a logistics project and the planned acquisition of an undeveloped plot located in Zgorzelec. Advice on the transaction included negotiation and signing of agreements regulating the planned development and management of the warehouse building as well as agreements regarding the financing of the planned logistics project.
The land to be acquired has a total area of over 132,000 sqm and the project will have a total warehouse space of over 63,000 sqm. The project’s value amounts to approximately EUR 55 million.
The transaction was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supported by Associate Jakub Gajzler.
