Adams has experience advising a wide variety of clients including private equity investors, developers, and institutional landlords and tenants across the office, industrial, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and data center spaces. She has broad experience dealing with multifaceted real estate transactions, including the property elements of corporate and finance transactions. She undertakes a variety of commercial real estate work, including investment-focused property acquisitions, forward-funded development acquisitions and related restructuring, onshore and offshore financing, major letting, and management work. Ashia has also spent time working in-house with a large corporate client.
