Chanym Alekperova

Chanym Alekperova is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. She focuses on public law matters in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Chanym advises clients on projects involving complex regulatory frameworks and administrative decision-making procedures. Her experience spans a range of public law matters, including environmental and spatial planning, nature conservation, water management, permitting, subsidies, public selection procedures, and compensation for planning-related losses. She has particular experience advising on renewable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind and solar projects, battery storage, and other energy infrastructure.
