Tarikh-Oliver Bull is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate group.

Tarikh has broad experience advising on virtually all aspects of commercial real estate, including investment and development focused property acquisitions and disposals (as well as forward funding and forward purchase arrangements), development projects and lettings. Tarikh also has experience advising on the property elements of real estate private equity and joint venture transactions. He advises mainly private equity investors, joint ventures, corporate end users and developers across the residential, student, industrial, mixed-use and office sectors.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Tarikh was an associate in the Real Estate team of a leading UK and international law firm.

  • Advised a joint venture between Anglesea Capital and partner on the joint venture, corporate acquisition and development financing of a mixed-use portfolio at Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke
  • Advised Anglesea Capital on the establishment of a JV with Goldman Sachs as well as related sale of three sites targeted for subsequent redevelopment.
  • Advised Anglesea Capital on the establishment of a JV with a global investment manager in connection with the £90m corporate acquisition of an office and logistics park in Chineham.
  • Advised Westwind Capital on both the investment vehicle set-up (and cornerstone investment from CBRE IM) and corporate acquisition of a circa £110 million portfolio of BTR assets.
  • Advised Westwind Capital on the establishment of a JV with Deva Capital and corporate acquisition and financing of a circa £80 million 206 unit BTR scheme in Staines.
  • Advised Universal and Comcast on the acquisition of land in Bedfordshire for the subsequent development of a major theme park.
  • Advised Goodman in connection with the £180m purchase of the Staples Corner Business Park in North London.
  • Advised Schroders together with JV partner in connection with the £1bn redevelopment of 55 Bishopsgate.
  • Advised the UK Housing Platform Fund, advised by Waypoint Asset Management, on its GBP 1.1 billion ‘take private’ of The PRS REIT plc. The PRS REIT portfolio consists of 5,478 single-family homes across 71 sites in the United Kingdom.
  • Advised Revcap on a joint venture to invest in larger scale European platform investments and the seed acquisition of a 100 acre hotel and golf course in Northampton to be development as a sustainable nature and leisure retreat.
  • Advised Menora Mivtachim on the establishment of a JV with Cain International and the subsequent £500 million forward-fund purchase of five PBSA assets targeting delivery of 2,389 beds across major U.K. university cities.
  • Advised Patron Capital on the acquisition of a 117-bed PBSA scheme in Leeds.
  • Advised BC Partners on the establishment of a JV with Tungsten Properties, the JV will invest up to £250 million to target single and multi-let industrial opportunities across the UK.
  • Advised Sculptor Asset Management on the establishment of a JV with a large UK modular developer and the subsequent acquisition of two sites in Southampton, each site to be redeveloped as a circa 120-room PBSA schemes.
