Katherine Cunliffe

Katherine “Katie” Cunliffe is a member of the Litigation Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. She handles a variety of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, consumer protection, and fraud allegations in various fields, including healthcare and other highly regulated industries. Katie also litigates employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation claims.

Katie prioritizes her clients’ unique objectives in every dispute. She provides zealous advocacy at all stages of litigation from settlement negotiations to trial and appeal.
