Maciej Jodkowski provides legal advice related to real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions of companies, including sale of enterprises as well as stocks and shares. He has experience in real estate sale and leaseback transactions, as well as in negotiating commercial and office space lease contracts. He has participated in numerous due diligence projects and led transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of real properties developed with retail centers and office projects. Maciej Jodkowski also advises international and Polish developers with respect to construction projects.
