• Participated in the work for the group of founders of Univio, an IT company and partner in the digital transformation of commerce, in connection with the sale of a majority stake in the company to Value4Capital (V4C), a leading CEE private equity fund.
• Participated in the work for PIB Agency in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Risk Partner, Cellent and Vero Services.
• Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in two insurance brokerage companies, mBroker NET and inBroker NET.
• Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Fincon (specialist reinsurance and insurance broker).
• Participated in the work for InfraVia Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of 50% of Polski Światłowód Otwarty, Play Group’s subsidiary, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players.
• Participated in the work for ArcelorMittal in connection with the acquisition of Złomex, a Polish scrap metal recycling business.
• Participated in the work for Cornerstone Investment Management, a CEE’s leading private equity investment management firm, in connection with the acquisition of Ecowipes, a leading European manufacturer of biodegradable wet wipes.
• Participated in the work for Nrep, the leading Northern European real estate investor, in connection with the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R SA (“7R”), one of Poland’s largest logistics developers.
