Dr. Evelyn Kwon is a registered patent agent who focuses on representing clients in three main areas: patent preparation and procurement; strategic Intellectual Property (IP) advice related to corporate transactions and licensing; and patent litigation related to patents in the pharmaceutical and life sciences areas. She has experience managing large patent portfolios globally and handling matters for clients in diverse fields including the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, molecular biology, immunology, enzymology, medical device, polymer science and chemical engineering. Additionally, Evelyn has experience providing guidance in the preparation and negotiation of transactional agreements for multinational corporations and academic and research institutions, including licenses, confidentiality agreements, technology transfers, joint alliances, royalty monetizations, and merger and acquisition transactions. Evelyn also has experience assisting in patent litigations, including ANDA/Hatch-Waxman litigations, representing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
