Trina Kwon

Trina Kwon represents domestic and international clients in the technology and communications sectors, handling transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. She advises digital infrastructure operators and financial institutions on federal and state licensing and regulatory issues related to investments and acquisitions of telecommunications, media, and technology entities. Trina also counsels telecommunications and broadcast companies on compliance and government approvals for television broadcast station acquisitions.

Trina drafts and negotiates a wide range of network infrastructure agreements, including submarine cable joint build and supply agreements, master services agreements, telecommunications procurement agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and cloud computing contracts. Trina has experience advising financial institutions, private equity firms, and venture capital funds on investments and other financial arrangements in the TMT sector. She also advises clients on federal and state infrastructure funding programs.
