- Defending a medical device manufacturer in all phases of its multidistrict products liability litigation concerning its pelvic mesh products, including cases within the MDL and individual cases remanded for trial in their originating states.
- Defending a medical device manufacturer in multidistrict products liability litigation concerning its hernia mesh products.
- Defended a major manufacturer of home appliance components against claims including breach of contract, breach of warranty and indemnity, in addition to resolving complex issues regarding the Uniform Commercial Code, purchase orders, and competing contract terms.
