• Representation of Opn, a one-stop payments solutions company based in Japan and Southeast Asia, in connection with its acquisition of MerchantE, a leading end-to-end digital commerce platform that provides payment processing and solutions in the United States.
• Key team member in the representation of a private equity firm in a capital raise to develop a carbon capture sequestration project.
• Representation of Clearlake Capital Group in its investment in Concert Golf Partners, a boutique operator of private golf and country clubs.
• Part of a team representing Vista Equity Partners in the sale of its stake in Mediaocean, the leading global omnichannel advertising platform, to investment funds advised by CVC Capital Partners and TA Associates.
• Representation of Omnitracs, a complete fleet management platform and portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, in the acquisition of Omnitracs by Solera Holdings.
• Represented Blue Wolf Capital Partners, LLC in connection with the sale of StateServ Medical, the leading durable medical equipment (DME) benefit management company supporting hospices and other post-acute care providers in the United States.
• Represented Centre Partners in connection with its acquisition of the IMA Group, a national provider of medical and psychological evaluations and case review services.
• Represented Sun Capital in connection with its acquisition of AMES Taping Tools.
• Represented H.I.G. Growth Partners in connection with its acquisition of a regional provider of comprehensive hospice related services.
• Represented Vesta Modular, LLC in connection with the purchase of the assets of M Space, Inc. out of chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Key team member in the representation of ArcherDX in its merger with Invitae for $2.7 billion.°
