• Participated in the work for a group of banks and insurers acting as lenders in connection with the PLN 6.8 billion financing for Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz and PESA Mińsk Mazowiecki S.A., one of the largest financings in the Polish rail sector, supporting the development of modern rolling stock for passenger and freight transport.°
• Participated in the work for Dr. Max Group, Europe’s largest pharmacy network and leading omnichannel healthcare retailer, in connection with a EUR 1.86 billion cross-border refinancing involving 19 lenders from Europe and China and legal workstreams across six jurisdictions, one of the largest healthcare and retail financing transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in recent years.°
• Participated in the work for Equinor and Polenergia in connection with the successful closing of over EUR 6 billion project financing for the development of the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind projects in Poland, one of the largest project financings in the European renewables sector to date.°
• Participated in the work for a consortium of senior lenders in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Scanmed, the refinancing of its existing debt and an additional PLN 338 million increase of the existing senior facilities for the AHP Group under Top Up Facilities, bringing total senior debt to PLN 1.9 billion.°
• Participated in the work for Sonnedix in connection with a EUR 1.37 billion refinancing of a 1,040 MW solar PV portfolio across France, Italy, Poland and Spain, consolidating a dozen separate project financings into a single, streamlined debt platform.°
• Participated in the work for LifeSpot in securing PLN 244 million in financing from Bank Pekao S.A. for the development of three new PRS projects: one on Ostrobramska Street in Warsaw and two in Gdańsk, on Śląska Street and Marynarki Polskiej Street.°
• Participated in the work for Mitiska REIM in connection with securing EUR 44 million in development and investment financing from Bank Pekao S.A. for the refurbishment of the Europa Centralna convenience centre in Gliwice, the largest retail redevelopment project currently underway in Poland.°
• Participated in the work for Innova Capital in connection with the financing for its acquisition of ProService Finteco, structured as a senior/super-senior package comprising a unitranche facility provided by Ares Management Credit funds and a super-senior operating basket from mBank S.A.°
• Participated in the work for a consortium of Polish banks acting as senior lenders in connection with the pioneering EUR 200 million second-lien financing provided by Luxembourg-based CVC Credit funds to the American Heart of Poland Group, a European leader in the healthcare sector.°
• Participated in the work for DIF Capital Partners in connection with the financing for the development of four wind farm projects in Poland, with a total capacity of 108 MW.°
