Tim Nagle represents clients in financial services and other types of complex commercial litigation, investigations, and white collar defense matters from his base in New York. His practice draws on a combination of military leadership, a management consulting background, and prior government exposure, including work with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey during law school.
Tim earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was named a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

- Conducted an investigation and responded to shareholder demand letters on behalf of the special litigation committee of the board of directors for a large consumer packaged goods company.°
- Obtained dismissal of a class action securities lawsuit following the disclosure of a cybersecurity breach for a global technology company.°
