- Participated in the work for the Allianz Group in the course of proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with corporate mergers of Allianz Poland and Aviva Poland insurance companies (life and non-life, respectively), mutual funds managers, and pension funds managers as part of the integration of Aviva Poland companies, acquired by the Allianz Group in 2022, with Allianz’s operations in Poland.
- Participated in work for Animex Foods sp. z o.o., a leading Polish food processing company, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in DeVeris Polska, an innovative Polish producer of poultry-derived protein products.
- Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, part of ZE PAK Group and one of the leaders in energy transition in Poland, in connection with the acquisition of another special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group and responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in the Pomerania Province, consisting of 23 Vestas wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 50.6 MW.
- Participated in the work for Stock Spirits group, a portfolio company owned by a fund managed by CVC Capital Partners, in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Polmos Bielsko-Biała S.A.
- Participated in the work for Dom Development Group, one of the leading real estate developers on the Polish market, in connection with the acquisition of a 100% ownership stake in BUMA Group’s residential portfolio from Giovanni Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty.
- Participated in the works in connection with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio, situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
- Participated in the work for Allianz S.E. in connection with the EUR 2.5 billion acquisition of the Polish life and non-life insurance operations, as well as the pension and asset management business, from Aviva and acquisition of 51% stake in Aviva’s life and non-life bancassurance joint ventures with Santander. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 2.5 billion.
