Mollie is an associate in the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice based in London and focuses on advising banks, distressed debt and direct lending funds, insolvent companies, directors, insolvency practitioners and others on a wide range of UK and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Mollie’s experience includes advising lenders in relation to security validity and enforcement, debt and security restructuring, distressed debt investing and special situation lending, as well as acquisition and general corporate finance. Mollie also has experience advising a range of stakeholders in relation to formal insolvency processes, refinancing and workouts.
