Griffin Rice focuses on energy regulatory matters, primarily representing oil and gas companies and utilities before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other federal and state agencies, as well as in related litigation in state and federal courts. His practice encompasses a wide range of issues under the Interstate Commerce Act and the Natural Gas Act—from permitting and ratemaking disputes to regulatory compliance and LNG project development. In addition to his FERC practice, Griffin has experience litigating eminent domain cases and disputes over the sale and purchase of natural gas.
