John represents closely held and reporting entities, as well as government agencies, in complex commercial disputes, corporate governance litigation, and constitutional challenges. His practice encompasses class actions, cross-border and multi-forum litigation, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property matters.

A fifth-generation Floridian, John is deeply rooted in the State's legal and civic communities after dedicating a significant portion of his career to advocacy on Florida's behalf. As a litigator with the Florida Attorney General's Complex Litigation Division, he handled constitutional matters and cases of first impression on behalf of the State in nationwide actions. While legal counsel for the Chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, John advised on key international oversight work and advanced state priorities for Everglades restoration, modernization of the Controlled Substances Act, and federal permitting reform. John also served as the inaugural clerk to United States District Judge Byron Conway in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. His previous work has involved representation of and strategic partnerships with many U.S. and Florida Agencies: U.S. Department of Justice; U.S. Department of State; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; Fla. Health Care Administration; and Fla. Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Drawing on this background, John pairs legal advocacy with strategic counseling, helping clients identify and pursue paths to resolution that extend well beyond the courthouse.
