Greenberg Traurig's National Environmental Practice Co-Chair Kerri L. Barsh is a panelist for the University of Miami's School of Law Environmental Law Program Distinguished Speakers Series. In conjunction with the Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig Real Property Development program, there will be a half-day presentation on Wetlands Law divided into three sessions: State/Local, National, and International to examine the developments in wetlands law.
