Minneapolis Shareholder Lorie Skjerven Gildea will speak during the "On Deck: State Courts and Challenges to Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Efforts" session. From state attorneys general to public-interest groups, parties are increasingly confronting organizations’ DEI programs and goals. And while the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent affirmative-action decision served as the catalyst, state appellate courts will serve as testing grounds for DEI questions under state constitutional and statutory law.
