Fernando Orrantia, shareholder in the Arbitration practice at Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will participate as a speaker in the session “Drafting the Arbitration Clause by the Notary Public” on November 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Varali Grand Hotel, Mazatlán, organized in collaboration with the College of Notaries Public.
The session will address the use of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method in notarial contracts, highlighting the inclusion of the arbitration clause, its essential elements, applicable rules, and corporate arbitration.
