RECAPITALISE! 2026

We are hosting the RECAPITALISE! 2026 event. This is a specialist conference for institutional real asset secondaries in Germany, initiated by Ritschewald Consulting GmbH. The event focuses on the recapitalization and restructuring of real estate funds and tangible assets. Finance and Private Funds shareholder Kati Beckmann will give a presentation on “Transactions in the Secondary Market.” In addition, Christian Schede, Co-Chair of the Global Real Estate Practice at Greenberg Traurig and Founding Chairman Germany, will provide a deep dive into deal-architecture.
