The Stanford Law School’s Understanding U.S. Intellectual Property Law 2026 program will take place August 17–21 at Stanford Law School. The program will bring together legal professionals for an in-depth exploration of U.S. intellectual property law, with a focus on issues affecting technology and innovation. Sessions will address key areas including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing and technology transfer, IP litigation, and venture capital.
