GT Shareholder Shawn Ronda will serve as a moderator for the panel, "M&A Leaders Panel: Big tickets, buyer depth and barriers to exit – digital infra deal execution in 2027" on October 6 from 10:35 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. ET. This session will focus on how digital infrastructure deals are getting structured in today’s market, including the approaches being used to bridge valuation gaps and get transactions across the finish line. It will touch on emerging liquidity options like minority stakes, continuation vehicles, and carve-outs, as well as which assets and platforms are expected to drive deal activity over the next 12–24 months. The discussion will also look at whether private markets have enough capital to support demand, and how strategic and financial investors are both competing and partnering in executing deals.
