Beds and sheds have long been a mainstay of both the UK and European real estate investment markets. Traditionally, at least in the UK, the volume of transactions in the industrial and logistics space has significantly outpaced that of the living sector. However, 2024 marked a shift, with the sheds market experiencing a quieter year compared to previous periods.
