Greenberg Traurig Advised mBank and Wood & Company in Connection with the Secondary Public Offering of cyber_Folks Shares

WARSAW – 17 September 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised mBank S.A. and WOOD & Company Financial Services in connection with the secondary public offering of cyber_Folks shares. The Series E shares were offered in an accelerated bookbuilding process (ABB) transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

mBank and Wood & Company acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners in the transaction.

The value of shares offered in the ABB amounted to PLN 204 million (ca. EUR 48 million).

The proceeds will support cyber_Folks in pursuing further acquisitions, aiming among others to scale operations by expanding the customer base, strengthening international market presence and leveraging cross-sell and R&D synergies.

The transaction was led by Senior Associate Grzegorz Socha who was supported by Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński. Advice on US securities law was provided by Partner Dorothee Fischer-Appelt from Greenberg Traurig's London office.

Rafał Sieński, Partner and Co-head of the Capital Markets Practice supervised all work on the transaction.
