Iris Escarrá was quoted in a South Florida Business Journal article, “Edgewater’s Building Boom,” discussing the factors driving the transformation of Miami's waterfront Edgewater neighborhood.
Regarding the city's 2010 zoning overhaul, she said, “In comes Miami 21, and then you have this area of the city that is waterfront and has phenomenal zoning. Developers came in and started buying.”
