Greenberg Traurig’s Dale Wainwright and Justin Bernstein prevailed for Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America in a breach of contract case covered by The Texas Lawbook in which the Fourteenth Court of Appeals reversed a multimillion judgment following a jury trial. As a result, there will be a new trial in Patriot Contracting, LLC, Stephen J. Friedman and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America v. HERC Solutions USA, LLC Scaffold Solutions, Inc., and Mid-Main Properties.
“Travelers is pleased that the court of appeals carefully reviewed the evidence and issues in the case and issued a fair and just opinion,” Travelers Casualty and Surety Company said in a statement to the publication.
