A Greenberg Traurig team, led by Paul Seby, represented the plaintiffs of a federal lawsuit challenging Denver’s Energize Denver building performance standards and related Colorado energy-efficiency regulations, in which commercial property groups are arguing that the requirements are preempted by federal law.
