Greenberg Traurig was featured in a Real Deal article titled “Here Are 2026’s Top Real Estate Law Firms in New York.” The firm ranks No. 2 on the publication’s 2026 list, with 20 deals totaling $2.45 billion during the period analyzed.
The Real Deal based its rankings on an analysis of publicly available Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens commercial and residential property sale documentation for the year ended Aug. 1, 2026. Firms were credited when they represented buyers, except in co-op sales, where seller-side firms received credit.
Greenberg Traurig Real Estate Practice Co-Chair Stephen Rabinowitz told the publication that the firm’s practice over the past year has reflected a “flight to quality” in the office market. Discussing New York’s appeal to international buyers, he added, “New York is still the prize.”
