Nair Marie Banks III is an associate in the Litigation Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and mass arbitrations, with a particular emphasis on real estate, construction, privacy, technology, and product liability matters. She has experience conducting legal research and drafting client memoranda, substantive and procedural motions and briefs, and discovery materials across a broad range of disputes involving commercial leases, construction and development projects, consumer privacy claims, online tracking technologies, and alleged product defects. Her experience includes all phases of litigation, from initial case development through motion practice, discovery, hearings, and arbitration proceedings, as well as an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
