• Assisted the private equity arm of a leading Italian bank in the acquisition of a transport operator°
• Assisted a US private equity fund in the acquisition of an Italian bank specialized in loans to SMEs from a US private equity fund°
• Assisted a US private equity fund in: (i) the acquisition of an ice cream manufacturer, (ii) the financing for the buy-out of the minorities; (iii) a U.S. financing to an automotive sector player and leader in the antennas and horns business; (iv) the investment and exit from an Italian leader in entertainment parks°
• Assisted an Italian hospitality player in (i) the partnership with a US private equity fund, (ii) negotiations with an international hospitality player for the creation and management of luxury trains; (iii) internation expansion of the luxury train business
• Assisted a global glass manufacturer in the acquisition of an Italian manufacturing plant from another global glass manufacturer°
• Assisted a leader in packaging and paper provider in the acquisition of a manufacturing plant from an Italian packaging and paper player°
• Assisted a global material solutions company in the acquisitions of glass recycling business and quarry business from local entrepreneurs°
• Assisted an Italian leading insurance group in this bancassurance partnership in the CEE region with an Italian leading banking group°
• Assisted a US private equity fund in: (i) the acquisition of several logistic assets from a company in extraordinary administration, (ii) the sale of several logistic assets to a US listed private equity fund, (iii) the development of several logistic asset projects, (iv) the disposal of a data center°
• Assisted an Italian credit fund in (i) the restructuring of an Italian steel group and (ii) two M&A disposals to strategic industrial players°
• Assisted a French based group in the acquisition and development of several nursing homes in Italy°
• Assisted Italian lenders in the restructuring of an Italian money transfer operator, and subsequent acquisition of control through enforcement of quasi-equity instruments°
• Assisted an international IT group in the IT outsourcing from Italian banks
