Karolina Chudy is a member of the Competition and Consumer Protection Practice at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office. She focuses on a wide range of antitrust law matters, including merger controls, anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position. Her experience includes, in particular, advising on antitrust, FDI and FSR-related aspects of M&A transactions, merger control notifications to the European Commission and the Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK), coordinating filings across multiple jurisdiction and complex due diligence projects. She has also experience in state aid, consumer protection, and private enforcement.
