Stephen T. Day is a member of the Litigation Practice and Appeals & Legal Issues Group in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. He focuses his practice on general commercial litigation and defense of companies and individuals facing civil and criminal liability. As a litigator, Stephen leverages his experience clerking for both state appellate and federal trial courts to help his clients out of crisis. Stephen also draws on his experience as a student attorney in the Georgetown Law Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he defended children charged with felonies in the District of Columbia.
Stephen maintains an active pro bono practice representing veterans in appealing disability claims to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and representing refugees in immigration proceedings.
