Stephen T. Day is a member of the Litigation Practice and Appeals & Legal Issues Group in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. He focuses his practice on general commercial litigation and defense of companies and individuals facing civil and criminal liability. As a litigator, Stephen leverages his experience clerking for both state appellate and federal trial courts to help his clients out of crisis. Stephen also draws on his experience as a student attorney in the Georgetown Law Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he defended children charged with felonies in the District of Columbia.
