Tiana DeLeo Dunn is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Real Estate Practice. She advises developers, owners, landlords, tenants, institutional investors, and other real estate industry participants on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, and asset management matters involving retail, office, industrial, data center, mixed-use, and other commercial assets.

Tiana brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including prior in-house experience with Fidelis Realty Partners, where she worked closely with principals, division heads, and investors on business-oriented real estate strategy. This principal-side perspective drives her practical approach to helping clients’ structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that support their operational and investment objectives.

Her practice has a particular emphasis on leasing and development. She represents shopping center developers, owner-operators, landlords, and tenants in connection with the full lifecycle of commercial assets, from acquisition and financing through leasing, development, management, and disposition. Tiana also advises on data center leasing and related digital infrastructure real estate matters, including transactions requiring coordination among real estate, operational, and business stakeholders.

Tiana also counsels clients on the real estate aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including workouts and restructurings for landlords and tenants involved in Chapter 11 reorganizations. She assists with asset review, tailored drafting, lease negotiations, amendments, and negotiated resolutions designed to preserve value and position clients for an effective emergence or transition.
