Alex is a global project finance and development lawyer, advising investors, sponsors and financiers (including DFIs and ECAs) on energy and infrastructure projects covering greenfield thermal power, cross-border hydropower, offshore and onshore wind, BESS, and solar PV IPPs across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. His financing experience includes project financing, portfolio financing, holdco financing, export and agency financing, corporate financing, and private credit transactions.

Alex also has experience in capital markets (debt capital markets, structured products and derivatives) and energy M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Alex practiced for over 5 years at a magic circle and US law firm in Tokyo and Singapore and as legal counsel at a Japanese corporate.
