Josh Pincus is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Josh focuses his practice on virtually all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, private equity investments, and corporate governance.
Josh works on M&A transactions involving private and public companies in a wide range of sectors and, as a member of the firm’s Digital Infrastructure, Data Center and Cloud Computing practice, represents clients with businesses in IT, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure.
