Profile
Mikołaj Rydzewski focuses his practice on banking and finance law, as well as corporate law. He advises Polish and international financial institutions and borrowers on transactions involving the financing and refinancing of investment projects. He participates in the preparation and negotiation of finance documentation, including security documents, the drafting of legal opinions, and the coordination of the process of satisfying conditions precedent to the utilisation of financing.
He also has experience in conducting due diligence reviews of renewable energy projects in connection with both financing and acquisition transactions.
