Affinity Groups

Forums for All

Greenberg Traurig's Affinity Groups were formed to address the needs of our diverse workforce of attorneys and professionals. We continually explore opportunities to expand these groups as needs and demographics dictate.

Some of our Affinity Groups include:

  • African-American Affinity Group
  • Asian-Pacific-American Affinity Group
  • Hispanic-American Affinity Group
  • LGBTQ+ Affinity Group
  • South-Asian-American Affinity Group
  • Women’s Initiative

We utilise our Affinity Groups in many ways: as forums for professional and business development, as resources for recruitment and retention assistance, and as social exchanges. The goals we wish to accomplish through Affinity Groups include:

  • Fostering inclusion at every level of the organisation
  • Mentoring of junior attorneys within specific groups
  • Recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys
  • Encouraging active participation in organisations addressing specific groups
  • Exploring issues and opportunities that will add value to client relationships
