GAIN’s mission is to recruit, retain and promote African American and African Diaspora attorneys at Greenberg Traurig and to support an inclusive law firm environment that values the unique talents and strengths of GT’s Black attorneys across the firm.
GAIN’s vision is to create and maintain a strong and active membership base that encourages the positive development of GT’s African American and African Diaspora attorneys and an inclusive and diverse GT community more broadly.
