WARSAW – Sept. 16, 2019 – Lawyers from the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Union Investment on the recent acquisition of the Holiday Inn Gdańsk – City Center hotel, located on the Motława bank of the historic Granary Island in Gdańsk.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Radomił Charzyński and Local Partner Karol Brzoskowski, supported by Associate Samanta Wenda-Uszyńska.

Holiday Inn Gdańsk – City Center is characterized by a modern facade consistent with the Granary Island development urban concept. In addition to 240 rooms, the hotel boasts a bar with city views, as well as five conference rooms.
The funds of Union Investment actively purchase and manage commercial real estate around the world, with a particular focus on the European market.
