  • Advised Ghelamco on the transaction related to the sale of the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels located in The HUB complex in Warsaw to the French real estate fund Corum XL managed by Corum Asset Management.
  • Advised Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., on the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
  • Participated in the work for Echo Investment in connection with the sale of My Place II (Moje Miejsce II) office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The transaction value was EUR 45 million.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław with a total lease area of 38,178 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Multi Veste 339 B.V, an entity owned by funds managed by Blackstone, on the sale of the Forum Gdańsk shopping center situated in the Polish Tricity to NEPI Rockcastle. The transaction was valued at EUR 250 million, which made it one of the largest single asset shopping center investment transactions by value in Europe in 2022.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a logistics park located near Tricity, just over 20 km from the airport and 8 km from the Port of Gdynia, with a total lease area of 46,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Marvipol Development S.A. on the block sale of rental apartments in the first stage of Moko Botanika to the Heimstaden Bostad Group.
  • Participated in the work for Echo Investment on the sale of MidPoint 71, an office building located in Wrocław, to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 100 million.
  • Participated in the work for Panattoni Development Europe in connection with a transaction involving the financing of a logistics project and the planned acquisition of an undeveloped plot located in Zgorzelec.
  • Participated in the work for Indotek, a Hungarian investment manager, in connection with the transaction involving the acquisition of an office portfolio from Immofinanz.
  • Participated in the work for White Stone Development in connection with the acquisition of a 200,000 sq. m property located in the Bielany district of Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH in connection with a transaction concerning the acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Poland, comprising a logistics park in Wrocław, consisting of two warehouse buildings with a GLA of approx. 24,000 sq. m, and a logistics park located near Poznań, with two warehouse buildings and a GLA of approx. 20,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH in connection with a transaction concerning the acquisition of Generation Park Y, the last building of the Generation Park office complex in Warsaw. The transaction is valued at EUR 285 million.
  • Participated in the work for Capital Park S.A. in connection with the acquisition of a unique real property with a rich history, consisting of two plots of land in Gdańsk with a total area of 1.3 hectares, situated at the confluence of the Motława River and the Martwa Wisła, on the so-called Polish Hook (Polski Hak) and in the joint venture transaction regarding the acquisition.
  • Participated in the work for Panattoni in connection with the acquisition of an undeveloped plot situated in Magnice near Wrocław.
  • Participated in the work for CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in connection with the acquisition of all shares in P14 Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Postępu 14 office building located in the Mokotów area of Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Panattoni Development Europe in connection with the sale of the Łódź City VI logistic park, fully leased to leading tenants by Panattoni, to a partnership between Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client.
  • Participated in the work for Metropol Group in connection with the acquisition of a shopping centre portfolio, consisting of five regional convenience stores in located in Gdynia, Olkusz, Radom, Świętochłowice and Siemianowice from the subsidiaries of Atrium group.
  • Participated in the work for GLP in connection with the Polish aspects of the acquisition of Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics real estate portfolio.
  • Participated in the work for Panattoni Development Europe in connection with the planned development of a logistic park on a plot located near Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for a South Korean fund K-Trust, managed by JR AMC, in connection with the acquisition of the Feniks office building, located in the Wola district of Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of the Astoria Premium Offices located in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II and Heitman, acting as the asset manager, in connection with the sale of the Warsaw Trade Tower office building to Globalworth Poland Real Estate.
  • Participated in the work for ISOC Group, a Manila-based investor, in connection with the acquisition of the Argon building in the Alchemia office complex in Gdańsk.
  • Participated in the work for Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust in connection with the Polish aspects of the acquisition, through its subsidiaries, of 16 predominantly freehold office properties in Poland, the Netherlands, and Finland.
  • Participated in the work for HB Reavis in connection with the EUR 186 million sale of Gdański Business Center – two office buildings located in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Goldman Sachs International, through its affiliate Bricks Acquisition Limited, in a PLN 1 billion tender offer for 100% of shares in ROBYG S.A.
  • Participated in the work for Somerston Group in connection with the acquisition of three commercial centers located in Kraków, Toruń and Łódź.
  • Participated in the work related to the preparation of legal opinions, transaction documentation, including property sale contracts, preliminary contracts and share sale contracts, as well as assisting in carrying out due diligence analyses related to real properties, in particular in terms of spatial planning, construction, environmental law issues and intellectual property.
