Danielle Oberlander advises gaming industry companies on regulatory matters involving licensing, compliance, enforcement, and investigations. She represents Nevada, U.S., and international clients, including casino owners and operators, online and mobile gaming platforms, esports organizations, and manufacturers and distributors of gaming equipment, software, and related technologies.

Danielle guides clients through licensing processes, addresses compliance obligations, and works with them on regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions. She helps align operations with applicable gaming laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
