Jared Weir is of counsel in the litigation practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. Since completing clerkships with two federal judges, Jared’s practice has focused on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal court and arbitration in disputes involving entity governance, breach of contract, real estate, trade secrets, cybersquatting, director and officer liability, ERISA, antitrust, toxic tort, oil and gas royalties, bankruptcy and fraud.

Jared has continued to build his experience in the white collar space by representing targets of federal government investigations, including at the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice, in various industries including health care and media.

Jared previously clerked for a U.S. District Court Judge and a U.S. Court of Appeals Judge.
