2024 Tax Executives Institute (TEI) Region 10 Conference

Greenberg Traurig's Shail P. Shah and Ruben Sislyan presented during the 2024 Tax Executives Institute (TEI) Region 10 Conference on May 23 at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club. Shah presented on Federal/State Conformity Issues, covering some of the nuances, and oftentimes wonky results, due to a lack of conformity between state and federal tax laws. Sislyan presented on Audits & Controversy, highlighting the procedural aspects of California state and local tax audits, appeals and court actions.
